All classes will run from 8:00am to 3:30pm. Breakfast & lunch are provided.
Course Textbook
This course will utilize the ACR Introduction to Small Water Systems textbook available for purchase through ACR Publication or 916-283-8502.

Trainer
Dan Bahun is a Class IV certified water operator in Maine, having helped many operators prepare for and pass their exams. He wears many hats at Tom’s Water Solutions, working with utilities of all sizes on their training and technical assistance needs. Dan spends his time working on emergency plans, risk assessments, tabletop exercises, operator certification exam preparatory training, and more. He is also certified in Incident Command and National Incident Management Systems at the IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, and IS-703 levels.
Photo Release: By registering for this class, the attendee gives consent to MWUA to photograph their image to be used on the MWUA website, accessible to the public, social media posts and/or the MWUA newsletter. The attendee understands that no special compensation will be provided for use of their image and they will not be informed in advance of the specific use of their image.
ADA Compliance/Dietary Needs: Attendee should notify MWUA in advance if they have physical needs, so that MWUA can ensure their comfort and full participation.
Cancellations: Due to costs incurred by MWUA, if the attendee must cancel, MWUA requests seven business days before the start of the scheduled class/event for full reimbursement.
