Participation Terms & Policies
Photo Release: by registering for our classes, the attendee gives consent to MWUA to photograph their image to be used on the MWUA website, accessible to the public, social media posts and/or the MWUA newsletter. The attendee understands that no special compensation will be provided for the use of their image and they will not be informed in advance of the specific use of their image.
ADA Compliance / Dietary Needs: Attendee should notify MWUA in advance if they have physical needs, so that MWUA can ensure their comfort and full participation.
Cancellations: Due to costs incurred by MWUA, if the attendee must cancel, MWUA requests seven business days before the start of the scheduled class/event for full reimbursement. Cancellations may be by phone, (207) 623-9511 or email, cwade@mwua.org. Refunds will not be provided if the cancellation request is not made within seven business days.
