As always\, expect interactive training with Tom & Dan who will help you design and build your  own SOP during the training. We will also practice using your SOP with small\, in-class scenarios before finishing with lessons  learned. Feel free to bring your own SOPs and plans to the session for a final Q&A session.  \nDates and Locations:  \nWednesday\, November 4\, 2026\, York Police Department (9 Hannaford Drive\, York\, ME 03909)  \nAll classes will run from 8:00am to 3:00pm.  \nCourse Fees:  \nMWUA member $90  \nNon-member: $105  \nInstructors:  \nTom Bahun\, Co-Owner of Tom’s Water Solutions LLC\, having spent most of his 30 + year career working with  water/wastewater professionals. He has served in many roles and most of his experience revolves around work-place  safety\, emergency preparedness\, and technical assistance and training. He is a Certified Instructional Trainer (CIT)\, holds  a Maine Class IV Water Treatment and Distribution Operator license\, and a Grade 5 Wastewater Treatment Operator  license. Tom is best known for his exceptional and straightforward training abilities helping many water and wastewater  professionals with their educational needs.  \nDan Bahun\, Co-Owner of Tom’s Water Solutions\, LLC\, helps utilities with their emergency response\, rate cases\, technical  assistance\, and other onsite solutions. He is a licensed operator and offers exam-taking tips & tricks\, operator exam prep.  training\, and tutoring.
