DESCRIPTION:Water utility administrative staff are invited to join the PUC’s water staff for an interactive meeting called Coffee and Tea with the PUC. This is a quarterly participant driven online meeting session specially crafted for the administrative staff of water utilities. This virtual platform invites participants to engage in meaningful discussions\, ask pertinent questions\, and gain valuable insights directly from the PUC staff as well as from other utilities sharing their expertise and experiences. \nThese sessions are designed in an informal and relaxed format\, akin to grabbing a cup of coffee with a colleague\, thus aptly named “Coffee and Tea with the PUC”.  It encourages open dialogue\, fostering a comfortable environment where participants can seek clarifications\, discuss challenges\, and explore solutions related to their utility specific issues. \nThis is not just an information-sharing session but a virtual networking event.
