DESCRIPTION:Keeping Your Head Above Water: Flooding Resiliency  \nREGISTER HERE! \nVirtual Training Session (Zoom link will be shared directly with participants) October 23\, 2026  \n8-10 AM  \nTCHs PENDING  \nFlooding can create significant operational\, infrastructure\, and water quality challenges for water and  wastewater systems\, especially considering recent flooding events across the U.S. This session will explore  practical approaches to improving system resilience\, preparing for flood events\, and reducing impacts  before\, during\, and after an emergency.  \nTraining Fee:  \n$57  \nInstructor:  \nTom Bahun\, Co-Owner of Tom’s Water Solutions LLC\, having spent most of his 30 + year career working  with water/wastewater professionals. He has served in many roles and most of his experience revolves  around work-place safety\, emergency preparedness\, and technical assistance and training. He is a Certified  Instructional Trainer (CIT)\, holds a Maine Class IV Water Treatment and Distribution Operator license\, and  a Grade 5 Wastewater Treatment Operator license.
